For Entrepreneurs, CS provides a unique service at our CS-Entrepreneur website.  At this location, we define the data elements that are needed to build a business plan and the resources required to achieve success.

Using our definitions, the Entrepreneur can fill-in the data on a series of screens.  These are sent, a few at a time to CS via email.  On receipt, we store the data in a secure server that is not connected to the Internet, so we can assure privacy of the critical data you send to us.

To start the process, we ask you to complete and print the Registration form - and mail it to us with a check for $500.  In turn, we will email you an identity and password that you will include in every email you send to us.

As you complete each section of data and send it to us, we will scan it for completeness and consistency with previous emails.  If appropriate, we will supply feedback during the data assembly process.  At completion, we will analyze your data and embed it in one of our proprietary business plan templates.  We will supply the completed template to you with our analysis of the information you supplied.

If it appears that you have all the resources you need and if your strategy is appropriate, all you need to do is execute the plan.   If you are missing something, or multiple things, we will identify the issues and provide our recommendations on how this issue, or issues, can best be addressed. We will include with our recommendations an estimate of the time and cost for supplying whatever is needed – money, human resources, Intellectual Property protection or relationships with firms that have the capabilities you need.
